Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities met all my needs for a relaxing vacation. the Spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, massage and sun loungers provided complete relaxation. One of the highlights was the aqua park which was great fun for both me and my children. the beach access was very convenient, along with the private facilities which were top notch. the exceptional service from the staff was an added bonus.
The only minor issue was that the entertainment was subpar. this didn't impact my experience much.

The food selection was great and the view was amazing. The cleanliness was impressive and the location was key to exploring the local area.
The animators didn't offer any entertainment and some staff were rude to my child. The toilet wasn't cleaned during my stay either.

The hotel's proximity to the private hospital was convenient in case of emergency situations. the towels provided in the room were changed daily, although the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to choose from.
The staff's behavior towards children was unacceptable and could have been handled better.

I had a great stay at this hotel with its clean rooms, amazing facilities, easy transportation and great location near the hospital. The breakfast was also a big plus, as were the friendly staff who made me feel very welcome.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all, highly recommend it!

I enjoyed the central location of the hotel, it was close to many tourist attractions and public transportation. the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the city which was a lovely touch.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired, the towels and bedding in the room were stained and we had to ask for them to be changed. the staff were not friendly or helpful, and seemed to avoid interacting with guests unless necessary.
